Awakening (room 226)
This group consists of mostly college age students. This group is very active with regular bible studies and fun nights on Sunday nights. They are also active in service projects at the church and in the community. Have fun, build relationships, and grow in God’s word. Meets in room 226.
Bereans (Room 223)
The Berean Sunday Connection Group is an adult class that has been around for about 10 years. The name for the class comes from Acts 17.10-11. Those believers "received word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily whether those things were so." We try to follow their example. We have active families who enjoy occasional fellowship affairs. We also assist with several programs in the church. We also sponsor needy families at Christmas time.
Dicsiples (room 228)
The Disciples class is a caring, mission-oriented group dedicated to applying the lessons of God's word to our lives. Our members come in a wide range of ages, so everyone is welcome. Many members have children, so our fun, fellowship and outings are family oriented. We are devoted to several mission projects, including participation in Relay for Life, and many other various projects through the course of a year.
Harvest (room 222)
The Harvest Class was formed in 2005. It is a growing class for those in the 30-something through 60-something range. It is a teacher led, but discussion friendly environment, with prayer time as an integral part. The class meets monthly for fellowship and activities. Mission projects thus far have been Upward Basketball Scholarships and Relay for Life.
Lost and Found (Room 231)
A group that is finding their way as they gather for fellowship and bible study. Currently this group is studying The 3 Purposes of Christmas by Rick Warren. Other studies have included how to manage stress and the 5 Love Languages of Marriage.
Married Group (room 224)
A group of young married couples who meet on Sunday mornings to enrich one another’s relationships through spiritual development and encouraging one another. Group meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00.
